Farmer Management Information System · Effective July 20, 2026

FMIS is an official operational system for authorized personnel of the Office for Agricultural Services of Rosario, Batangas. By signing in, a user agrees to these terms and the FMIS Privacy Notice.

Authorized use

• Use only the account assigned to you and keep its password confidential.
• Access and modify records only when required for official duties.
• Enter accurate information supported by farmer declarations or official documents.
• Do not export, disclose, copy, or share personal data without authority.

Security responsibilities

Users must sign out from shared devices, report suspected unauthorized access, and avoid bypassing access controls. Accounts may be disabled when assignment or authorization ends.

Monitoring and accountability

FMIS records security and business activity for accountability. Misuse, unauthorized disclosure, falsification, or attempts to defeat system controls may lead to account suspension and administrative or legal action.

Availability and official records

The Office may perform maintenance, correct inaccurate records, restore backups, or temporarily limit access to protect the service. Reports remain subject to Office validation and retention procedures.

Changes

The Office may revise these terms when operational, security, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
